The New Bella Vista Subdivision

The City of Centerville is selling lots in the new subdivision east of Terra Vista and north of Rock Valley Road. Lot sizes range from 16,811 sq. ft. to 36,865 sq. ft. Lots are fully developed with sewer, water, electric, and gas available. Lot amenities include paved streets, curb, gutter, street lights and sidewalks on one side of the street.

Construction on the new home must begin within 3 months and completed within 24 months from the date of purchase. A homeowners association is in place to regulate and maintain the integrity of subdivision covenants.

Bella Vista Subdivision Covenants

1. Owners Belong to Homeowner's Association.
2. Residences must be single family dwellings only.
3. Construction plans require approval by the association.
4. Dwelling area must meet minimum square footage for all designs.
5. Design and Construction
   • No mobile homes.
   • Building set-back lines established.
   • Requires concrete driveways and two-car garages.
   • International Building Codes-2000 required.
6. Landscaping
   • Completed within 6 month of completion of residence.
   • Planting placement and maintenance standards set.
   • Swimming pools must be approved.
7. All utilities are underground.
8. Reasonable radio/television antennas. No satellite dishes in the front.
9. Restricted to 2 household pets.
10. No large vehicle lot parking. Recreational vehicles or boats must be parked in a garage.
